P/elements Group Process is an approach to discipling your youth with other parents engaged with their kids. The group meets for an hour to debrief, review lesson for the week, training on latest culture issues and then pray. The parents then meet with their youth during the week going over what the group had processed together. The groups meet again the following week to review how the meetings went with their youth and then to look at the next weeks lesson. This process is repeated throughout the P/elements course.
